Hey PA, doing good, just finished teaching a weight loss class my Primary MD Dr put together, the fat man success story I guess. I'm eating clean and doing cardio - still being consistent with everything. Have a great holiday season!!! clc.

What bp did you injure, just curious - i guess you always have cardio and clean eating, looks like you already know that lol....congrats on coming back so lean after having a baby, you are an inspiration to alot of ladies. clc.
