These workouts will give you thicker abs which should make em easier to appear...If you dont workout your abs without weights,you will definitely get results because ya are already in good shape just looks like ya havent worked on abs at all..Do the ab exercises i told you.. 1 set 10-12 for each 3..twice a week. Your abs will get thick in no time.
I do alot of heavy liftin..heavy squats,deadlifts. They help alot with your core as well.. I do strenght exercises like dumbell situps,hanging leg raises,decline dumbell situps..
