Every once in a while I got hurt training kali silat, so I decided to train boxing. Then I injured the muscles of my chest (don't know exactly what it was) overtraining. It was a really bad injury. So I switched to running. Then I got my calves hurt for overtraining (again, I know), and I haven't found a good physician to fix it. As a matter of fact I overtrained many other times. You know the impatiance of the youth. So I decided to lift some iron and become stronger and avoid injury. Then I began to read more about the subject and train and read and train... Then I discovered bodybuilding was part of me.

It runs in the blood.
How I Stay Motivated:
Not everything in the world should be tasteful, delightful or funny. I just keep the discipline.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
Between 45s and 90s. 45s is more than enough when the weights are lighter. The same applies for 90s when you're doing heavy weight lifting.

What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Be patient. Focus on doing the exercise correctly. Keep a log with photos and the weights you've lifted. Cycle your training.
