Thanks bro! Its not only your chest that your workin out, You gotta work on your secondary muscles too if you want to bench high numbers. if you have strong shoulders, triceps, and lats you have a stronger bench. I havent maxed out in a long time, when i benched 405lbs i had just turned 20. Its probably well over 425lbs easy now. but im too scared to try. Good luck with your goals.
