Where do you mainly workout?
Gym
Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
It has all the equipment one coulld ask for at the WSU SRC. Its massive! It has trainers, specialists, scales, nutritionists, programs, classes etc. Its perfect!
That sucks. Dorm food should be required to be healthy it is not fair. But yes eating 6 meals a day and making sure you have some protien in each meal and some veggies, you can do it. Make the right choices where you can. Those breaded chicken strips taste good but if you strip the breading off and just eat the chicken it would be better.
I am learning that diet is huge. What are you doing eating wise? Are you eating 6 meals a day (or more)? Does each meal have lean protien in it? Are you staying away from sugar, liquid calories (beer, pop) and white carbs? Let me know...
