My breakdown of Who and What Motivates me : ]
My younger brother, David Evans, started training with me to compete in his own category of junior bodybuilding this past year. David motivates me to stay consistent with my nutrition plan and pushing me to the limits in the gym. His hard work and dedication to this sport drives me to become the best I can be.
Dan Simpson, my good friend and coach from HD Training/Team iPhysique, I would say is my main motivator. During our training sessions, Dan constantly is pushing me to new heights I never thought I would accomplish. With him I lift my heaviest and end up giving 110% during our work outs. He keeps me in check, answers all my questions, and is someone I know I can always count on. We make a good team together and always remember to have fun because that is the most important part of this lifestyle.
I would be no where close to what I have accomplished so far without the motivation and support from my loving parents, Robon and Nola Evans, my family, friends, and teammates.
