I have been working out to stay fit off and on since high school. Then after all my friends kept asking me for advice I decided to take it to the next level and get paid for it. Lifting weights was always my first love until I discovered that there are other dymanics to having a great body. And I fell in love with cardio and yoga. Remember "If you dont want to cry then there is no need to try."

Why I Love It:
Because I love my Body. It is the only one I have. And If I take care of it now it will take care of me later. And it is the best way to relieve stress without stressing someone else out!
How I Stay Motivated:
When someone looks at me and I can see in theier eyes that they are saying WOW with out saying it, makes me want to keep up the work. I dont care to compete or compare myself often to others simply because we all are different and special in our own ways.Plus the real challenge is to look good all year around.

This is me at 208lbs. No chest, big arms and a fat face. Can you believe I thought that I was sexy!! Ha!
This is me now.194lbs. Wow what a difference.I will never go over 200lbs again. I feel great and look much younger. I believe that the ultimate competition is to look your best all year around. Now thats the challenge!!CRY

Goal (Long):
I would really love for my Abs to show without flexing. I am almost there. When I laugh they jump out like crazy but I want more. Maybe a little more mass on my chest. but I dont want to get to bulky.

I want to LOSE 10 lb

First off, for those of you that do not know what it means to C.R.Y. it stands for C cardio R resistance training Y yoga. I believe that these are three key components to a healthy and fit body. "If you don't want to CRY then there is no need to try."
your files are too big. You can go to www.photosize.com and make them smaller. Take out the ones you have and relooad them. Big files take uo too much space...its a pain in the butt
