How I Started:
I am pretty new to weight lifting. My husband turned me onto it after I showed an interest in toning up instead of just slimming down.
Why I Love It:
I really enjoy feeling strong and also doing something for myself. I get to put 100% into me AND get results.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by my own history of fitness accomplishments. I've seen that I can do this with effort and discipline and I draw on that strength to help me keep going. I've had to start over a few times.

Feeling discouraged today. Hoping to start legs tomorrow but nervous. I'm still sore. All of my trouble areas have resurfaced after I had come so far.

HOLY COW, 3 times in one week lol. Be careful not to over train! You legs are looking fantastic. Training is going well. Winter time, trying to put on a little weight/size.
