How I Started:
5 years ago I was about 4 stone over weight, very unfit and smoked. I wanted to transform myself! A good friend was into bodybuilding and showed me around his gym and I was hooked! I started working out with weights, doing cardio and eating right then I quit smoking aswel.
Why I Love It:
I love that feeling you get after a really good workout at the gym. Its great feeling confident about yourself and how you look. I love shopping for new clothes a size smaller than the last!
How I Stay Motivated:
I think about how unhappy and unfit I was when I was overweight. I don't want to be like that ever again!
BB Accomplishments:
Loosing 4 stone and keeping most of it off and getting stronger.

Goal (Long):
I am 12 stone and I want to be 10stone. I was happy when I was that weight, its the perfect weight for me. I want to achieve it in 12 weeks or at least have made a good start by then!
