How I Started:
I just one day all of a sudden decided that I was going to get in shape and I just drove up the road and got a membership at All American!!
Why I Love It:
I feel so much better about myself and I love the way clothes fit. I feel a lot healthier and more confident.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by thinking about all the hard work that I have already put in over the months and it would be aweful to let all that go down the drain now. My boyfriend (its-go-time) also works out and lives a healthy life style so that helps alot. It is very nice to have someone to talk to everyday about what I have eaten or done at the gym!! He totally understands me and he motivates me to do better!!!

I lost 26 lbs.
