The time I got started was when I was in a relationship at the time and I had gained some weight. I really always like fitness and health but never made effort to do anything about it. Then one day I ask my boyfriend at the time will he be my workout partner. He already had a membership at a gym but decided to be a workout partner with me at different gym. Every since I never stop working out and I have always love health/fitness. This has been a true journey for me and now I am at the point in my life where I want to achieve results for my body type. I want to have nice defined and toned body. I want to follow my dream to be a fitness model.
Why I Love It:
I love it because it is who I am and it makes me feel like I can do anything that I want if I put my mind to it. I love to have a healthy life style and it makes me feel really good inside/out.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by thinking of the future and what my body will look like. I do daily meditation or prayer to keep me grounded. I just stay focus on the prize and I never give up.
BB Accomplishments:
I have none yet but i am working on that right now.

This was the day that I finally made up my mind that I want to take my body to the next level. I want to get results for my body type. Anything is possible when you put your mind to it. I am not ashamed at where I am at here I am day one of my fitness journey (April 10, 2007 for my body type....
I really want to have a nice toned and defined body. I really want to lose some body fat. I want to have a six pack, define legs, butt and arms. I really want to be a fitness model and also a role model to anyone and let them know that you are able to achieve your goals or dreams that you have. I want to be a testimony that anything is possible.
You had expressed some interest in competing in the "NPC Heartland Natural Classic" next spring... I just wanted you to know that we have been forced to move the date of the show from April 12, 2008 to April 5, 2008. While observing your progress pics, I can detect a difference in your upper and inner quads. You've lost an inch or two in that region. Keep pushin' and congrats on your improvements thus far!
