I want to make serious gains, I'm sick of being skinny, I want to be a beast
Goal (Long):
at the moment i'm fairly muscular, but i want to be recognised as somebody who has worked hard for their body, i want to be wider, thicker, stronger. I want to appear large even in jumpers etc. I want my arms, shoulders and chest to be thick and powerful, with a bigger stronger frame. I am now 17 and when i was younger i was proud of my "6-pack" and bicep peaks, but now i want to be proud of my size and strength. I appreciate ANY help and pointers towards my goal and am happy to offer those to others.
