Na its in Temple, Im tryin to stack on another 15 before the show and then cut it to about 200lbs if i can just break my plateaus and stay up on my protein it shouldnt be to hard.

thanks man! My shoulders have always been pretty strong, i usually use dumbbells for shoulder days tho, it seems like it works all of ur delts better than a standard shoulder press.

I do a 4 day split- Day1 Back and Shoulders, day 2 legs and abs, day 3 chest and arms, Day 4 rest... then start over again...

yeah dude trust me! i slack on the abs here and there but ever since i ve been doin chest with a 4 day split i get stronger and stronger! this mornin i threw up 335, i ve NEVER don that b4, and u gotta stay up on protein to build.
