How I Started:
While Visiting a local supplement shop and talking with the owner I decided to start taking things seriously.
Why I Love It:
It gives me a way to release stress and I know that one day down the road it all will have paid off.
How I Stay Motivated:
When people either at the gym or around town say, "Dang man, you're huge!" It makes me realize that even tho I see my self day to day and sometimes see no improvement, that there is always improvement happening if i stay at it

Breaking 300 on bench, and gaining 28 lbs of muscle in four months.

Goal (Long):
At an early age I noticed my intrigue for personal fitness. Throughout middle and high school I stayed very active with track and football. After I graduated high school in June 2007 I lost alot of the motivation that sports had brought me and I did not recapture the same excitement and personal drive until Dec. of 2008. After visiting a local supplement shop I realized my potential for serious muscular development, with proper nutrition and instruction. I had finally found what i had been lacking since high school. I quickly built my mediocre 5'9" 165lb frame into a substantial 5'9" 193lb powerhouse while maintaining the definition that I had always had. At 20 years old, with the help of trainers at my local gym and family support I continue to build my stature and to one day compete and show off my hard work.

Sup Big man how was your weekend? Hows your lifting been goin? Im doin a lifting competition in about 3 weeks which is a single rep max in squat, deads, bench and I hope to win it if I can stay under 195 even tho after I gotta start packin on weight again...
