How I Started:
I've always been in pretty good shape from sports and after being inspired by some pretty fierce girls, I'm ready to take it to a professional level and get paid for my hard work.
Why I Love It:
It's the only thing I've found in life where you always see results from your work. If you put in the time, you'll get to your goal.
How I Stay Motivated:
When I found out that you can compete at running an obstacle course I was like heck yeah I so want to do that... now I'm working hard to be the toughest chick out there :) If I get down, I ask myself "Is sitting on the couch today more important than becoming the person you dream of being" that usually works.
I've been highly motivated by the trainers I know and I would love to do the same for others. Once I achieve my ideal body, I'd like to get certified and start training others. I know it's hard work and I guess that's some of the appeal.
