Well first my doctor was deported, so I decided it was time to make some changes. My weight has been a problem for years it has led me to high blood pressure, diabeties and all the nasty side effects associated. It is a struggle, but my life has been a struggle from the get go. first i was premature by 6 1/2 weeeks. Then when I was 4 I partialy severed my arm in a plate glass window. I have had several surgeries to repair the damage. My right hand is in a semi claw but useable. It took years of physical theropy to make it so .There is a lot of things I have never done like climb that god damm rope in gym class, pull ups, play piano (lol) however I never said why me, it is just the way it is.
Why I Love It:
love is a strong word, but if it helps me live longer than I am all for it!!!
How I Stay Motivated:
I want very much to stay alive. I want to see my kids grow up to be adults with kids of their own. I want to be in my grandsons life for as long as I can. he has touched my life in so many positive ways.

Hi Jim..you must be experiencing the same weather we are here! Whats up with that? Have we even had summer yet? Its more like...gag me...football season! lol!!!
