Hey, thanks for asking about my training. Means a lot, even more when the person that is asking is someone like you ha ha. Dude, as I told you, I did this volume workout I'm doing for 8 weeks, so I'm about to change it to some strength workout. Less reps, less sets, more weight. It will be faster, good pump and I'm gonna get stronger, something that hypertrophy workouts lack a bit. Hope your training is ok too, master!
2010 will be my year. I plan on hitting as many comps as I can. I'm trying to keep my bulking as clean as possible. So far so good (fingers crossed lol..). Turkey day is right around the corner reek, reek, reek lol...
