3) 15 minute high intensity ab work out every other day
4) 20 minute circuit push up/cardio work out every other day
5) Curling groceries on the way home from the grocery story
6) Always taking the stairs
That's it!
If I think of something else I'll add it, but that's literally all I have been doing for the past 6 weeks.
