ShawnCarla Lol... you have to use the diet that works for you! For me, cheating is an essential part in the off-season. I really feel it mixes your body up and gives a boost to your metabolism...only if you're doing it once a week or less though! I was going to do Knoxville, but I qualified for Nationals last season so I'll be doing the National Level shows this year... I want my Pro Card!!! Mar 23, 2010 12:25pm

ShawnCarla Yes I did cheat... up til about 2 months from my competition. After that, all clean. I'm a believer in cheat days! I'm gonna go the full 12 weeks without a cheat for my next competition... my 12 weeks start this weekend! Mar 22, 2010 8:49pm
