Okay so I'm pretty much back to my weight before...145 lbs...not completely sure though. I have a problem again. I am in a cast again for at least 4 more weeks. I cannot put any pressure on it yet but give me some advice on what I can do. I feel like I have let myself go since I can't do...
hey how's it going, hope things are going good and that you are keeping healthy. I was wondring if you knew, what kind of stretches to do after having had minor surgery for a broken elbow. If you can pm me that would be great. Happy holidays!!!!
My intentions was to join the Air Force, but that recruiter wasn't there and the Navy was,so I went with it.I think it is a better fit for me,it had been something I had been considering but I always weighed to much though. After I my weight loss I made it under the max to join.I leave for boot camp March 3.
I joined the Navy and during that week I was doing a lot of running around taking the tests and the stress of physical. Then the other week was just a tad celebration of actually joining, weeks filled with ice cream, chicken nuggets, cheesy breadsticks, snickers and chips.I believe that is it,lol, but it sure was good.
thanks, I've kinda been slacking on the run, but i'm still doing abs and I started skating.. we started a women's roller derby team in my area. So i've been gettting a killer workout!!
It's just a matter of setting goals and finding what you're happy with, if you have no goals then you're already there! It just makes doing the eating/workouts easier if you're working to something specific.
