I recently just added 15 pounds of mass in a time frame of 4 months. I only added 3% onto my body fat, putting me at roughly 8-9% body fat overall, so looking to cut the excess fat to show the definition of my newly developed muscle mass.

Background

When I Started: Jun 2007
HOW I STARTED:

I first started working out for sports, specifically football and then wrestling. After graduating high school, I had no need to lift for sports, but continued to lift for the joy of having a lean, healthy body.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I love working out simply for the fact that I love being healthy and in-shape. The feeling of satisfaction when I've accomplished a goal that I've set for myself is truly rewarding after all the hard work that I put in. Working out is also a HUGE stress reliever for me and makes me feel healthy and good about myself. Nothing like breaking a sweat and getting the heart pumping to erase the stress of a long day.
