Background
I first started working out for sports, specifically football and then wrestling. After graduating high school, I had no need to lift for sports, but continued to lift for the joy of having a lean, healthy body.
I love working out simply for the fact that I love being healthy and in-shape. The feeling of satisfaction when I've accomplished a goal that I've set for myself is truly rewarding after all the hard work that I put in. Working out is also a HUGE stress reliever for me and makes me feel healthy and good about myself. Nothing like breaking a sweat and getting the heart pumping to erase the stress of a long day.
