I was always active growing up, but I really started to focus on my fitness starting my 10th grade year. I was working out to get bigger and stronger for football and basketball.
Why I Love It:
Working out keeps me in a great mood and healthy. It feels like I'm in more pain and sicker when I fall off the proverbial wagon.
How I Stay Motivated:
Sports motivate me. I love playing them and hate to lose. So I always have to stay on top of my game.
Improve my overall fitness... score as close to 100 on the Air Force Fit Test as possible. And to do 20 Pullups without resting
Goal (Long):
I'm trying to get back in that prime shape I had in college. I was 6'1", 220 lbs and could run a 4.5-40m or dunk with both hands provided one step. Now I'm looking to return to that level of athletic strength and improve my endurance. Since I'm now in the Air Force, I'm basing my fitness on the requirements. I want to score +95 on my fitness test, as well as complete my 1.5 mile run in under 9:45 min. I plan to return to a reasonable bodyfat percentage(under 18%). My current weight averages 250 lbs. Optimally I plan to lose up to 15-25 lbs and maintain the proper physique. I deploy soon so I'm sure I can accomplish most of these feats and return as a chistled mass.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 25 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
15%
