I have always been athletic and a pretty good long distance runner but my size has been holding me back from the sports I really love. So I decided to look into the best way to put on size and i stumbled across bodybuilding.com
I have lifted before but I am just starting to get serious about it now.
Why I Love It:
I love the pump you get after a hard workout. It leaves me feeling great and wanting to workout again and again and again! The results I have got so far are so much of a boost to your mood.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at the stories of others who have been in a similar situation to me and think of what i can do! Plus my results so far!
BB Accomplishments:
None so far.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
I am generally pretty quick jsut rest long enough to catch my breath but if I am lifting heavier than usual I might take 3-4 minutes if i am struggling.
