I've been working out as long as I can remember. We had a gym in my garage growing up so I used to go and lift weights with my dad. I didn't start lifting with a purpose until I began playing basketball in high school (99-00)
Why I Love It:
I love it because I'm in control. I can push myself hard to see results and I can also watch what happens when I relax on my training.
I want to be the youngest woman to win the Olympia fitness and the World Tri-fitness competition in Las Vegas. I want to become as recognizable in the sport of fitness competitions as ronnie coleman is in bodybuilding. Doing so I would like to be down to 110lbs year round so that I will only need to drop 4-6lbs for competitions while maintaining my strength.
After Jr Nationals I pigged out (duh) lol. When I left for Chicago I was 109lbs, when I came back I was 119!!! LOL, i figure most of that was water from my body kinda going into shock from pizza and ice cream. I really only ate bad for 24 hours but then I had 3 days where I didn't workout...
Trying to keep some semblance of fitness in my life. The leg is coming along sooo slow, but I will keep at it. WOW, Vegas is this month... USA chmpnships. Go get it. My favorite national NPC show. Happy 4th CiCi! *smile*

we'll see if it stays this way when I throw on another 10 lbs, I can never seem to get the right balance. The last time I put 10 lbs on I looked chubby, but I got a new plan this time... but thanks for noticing :)
