When I Started: 1989
How I Started: I've been working out as long as I can remember. We had a gym in my garage growing up so I used to go and lift weights with my dad. I didn't start lifting with a purpose until I began playing basketball in high school (99-00)
Why I Love It: I love it because I'm in control. I can push myself hard to see results and I can also watch what happens when I relax on my training.

Goals:
Main Goal: Compete
Goal (Short): Stay lean and perform at my best on the national level.
Goal (Long): I want to be the youngest woman to win the Olympia fitness and the World Tri-fitness competition in Las Vegas. I want to become as recognizable in the sport of fitness competitions as ronnie coleman is in bodybuilding. Doing so I would like to be down to 110lbs year round so that I will only need to drop 4-6lbs for competitions while maintaining my strength.
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 10 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 7%

when i woke up this morning, they were noticeably smaller (along with the rest of me).  This made me both happy and sad at the same time.  I'm getting really lean (and I should! I'm pretty much working out and eating fish all day everyday! lol)... I'm whaaay to tired to much thought into...
