How I Started:
I've been working out as long as I can remember. We had a gym in my garage growing up so I used to go and lift weights with my dad. I didn't start lifting with a purpose until I began playing basketball in high school (99-00)
Why I Love It:
I love it because I'm in control. I can push myself hard to see results and I can also watch what happens when I relax on my training.

Congrats on your Vegas results! I haven't been on.. and haven't done a competition since November, battling a hip injury..that I finally found out this week is a stress fracture. So now I sit, and hope it heals.
