Background
I've been working out as long as I can remember. We had a gym in my garage growing up so I used to go and lift weights with my dad. I didn't start lifting with a purpose until I began playing basketball in high school (99-00)
I love it because I'm in control. I can push myself hard to see results and I can also watch what happens when I relax on my training.

Posted in Training : Jun 17, 2011 12:56pmI can't believe its only 3weeks away. I have been wanting to compete in this show for the last 3years!!! It has been a decent week (not a great week) of contest prep. I have had 2 days of fitness routine skill practice and one day of full routine practice with 2 or 3 sessions of cardio. I have to amp up my cardio a little bit next week. Although I don't want to go overboard since I am about where I was onstage 2weeks ago right now, and I'm holding a lot of water since I'm eating rice and dark meat for another few days.
