How I Started:
I was a skinny soccer player up until college. Then, in college, I started putting on weight. But, it was from drinking all the time. A lot of my friends kept trying to get me into it and finally I stuck with it after getting a pretty decent beer belly.
Why I Love It:
Main reason is for health. I want to start now rather than 20 years down the road when I weigh so much I don't want to even think about getting in the gym and before any health problems pop up.
How I Stay Motivated:
I set goals. Lots of short-term goals because everytime I meet one, it's encouraging and keeps me going back to get better and better.

Goal (Long):
All of my life I have been wanting to have a body that I can be proud of. When I was a child I would look up to Superman and wish that I could be as strong and muscular as him. I don't want to settle for being average! I want to have a six pack (I know it's there somewhere) and feel confident around women. I want my arms to bulge from under my sleeves. I would like to be 200 pounds, with 12% bodyfat, and be able to do at least 350 on the bench press. I know with full dedication I can do this in the next 18 months!

this is the first time me being on body space in forever. Just letting you know that i got done buying a ton of supplements so I guess be prepared for me to surpass you in everything...like always. You should have stuck with playing video games fool!
