sorry for reading this late! No, I never did an epistane cycle. Too busy with grad school to think about it! I have done a ton of research, so let me know if you have any questions! train hard!
my first cycle of havoc i exploded. my chest and shoulders got exceptionally large. al laround my body just got large and i was hardly tired at the gym ( lifting three to four hours a day) the second cylce i took i really didnt see any signifacant gain. I would recommmend the product as different supps affect different people differentl, however, ive talked to many people and its not safe unless ur over 25 or closer to 30 as your testosterone level don't drop until you older.
So far so good feeling lean and hard. Running Epi 30mg a day with 300mg of Gen Labz Mega Zol w / 50mg of black China Labs Super Tren...50 - 75mg of Epherdra. Lets just say it is pretty hard to sleep at night.
Hey Bro,
Just call this number and they'll hook you up! 1-866-927-9686. Be sure to tell them Parker/clutch401 sent you, and mention my coupon code MU906!! This will also get you 10% off your purchase (if you like the supps), free shipping, and free gear (if they have it in stock) if you decide to order.
I reccomend NO Extreme if you are looking to gain muscle and get a good pump. If you are looking to cut up, go for D4 Thermal Shock for energy and fat burning
Hey. I tried to (I dosed the first day @ 30mg) and the next morning I woke up with a nose bleed, anxiety, and high BP. I could have dosed at 20, but either way some of those sides I would have had to deal with and I don't think I'm ready for it. I had all the support supps too; and a SERM. You gonna run it?
The website featured me for the whole month of April. I write articles for the magazine. It's an online Magazine for now, till June comes it will be out in stores. But mostly it's the magazines and getting yourself out there the best you can, best of luck to you bro.
Not really, I'd just suggest going really heavy on barbell bench press, inclined flyes, and weighted dips. I've pretty much used those 3 exercises in every chest workout for the past 5 years.
From what I read on your profile, you are on a cut? That's going to make it even harder to break a plateau. It's hard to put on size and strength when you're in a calorie deficit. Not to say it's not possible, but it may take longer. I'm on a cut right now and my strength has gone up slightly but nothing compared to the strength gains I got when eating everything in sight. :P
When trying to break a plateau you need to force growth onto the muscle which would be best done by increasing the weight you use. If you can't increase the weight then I would suggest having your training partner (if you have one) help you with some forced reps at the end of a set. For example I can do 365 for 6 reps. If I had a plateau I would have my partner help me with 2 more reps after that. And after a while you should break your plateau.
