One of my battle buddies has always lifted weights, so I dropped a couple bucks on protein and creatine, and told him not to let me waste it. I hated the first few days, but it grew on me.
Why I Love It:
I love feeling great when I wake up, knowing I'm stronger than each previous day.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look better every time I see myself. I pride myself in doing exercises with extremely strict form, even if it means initially using lower weight than others.

Goal (Long):
I'm a pretty big guy, wide and stocky, a great frame for a heavy lifter. I might as well put my potential to use instead of using it to carry around extra fat.
What's working for me? This is currently my cutting routine. One I'm at my goal weight I will change back to a 5x5 routine to add some more slabs of meat to my body =)

Incline DB Flys 3x8
Wide grip, flared elbow tricep pushdowns 3x8
Decline skullcrushers...
