Thank you, I still need to lean out quite a bit. Plus I've been a little sporadic, with working out, due to injury.

Agree wiht the eating thing. The need to eat real food is what keeps me from going full on into the clean eating life style. Keep up the good work

Appreciate it. I haven't felt like I've made a whole lot of progress, but we're always toughest on ourselves.

Hey man, you were a couple people a head of me at the American gladiators try outs. We went in the same group. I don't know if you remember, but if you do shoot me a message

Yeah, unless you're competing in powerlifting, safer is always better. That way you can continue to work out for decades.

Yeah it kind of sucks when you have a shorter tendon, but you can still get huge arms, just not as round of a bicep. Mine is fairly short.

I doubt it would equal out to the 11% of my early 20's :). I struggle with having a completely clean diet, and would rather work off the pounds and eat a little better. The big thing about calipers is that the results can vary depending on who's doing the testing on you. It's hard to get a really accurate outcome when each person may do it a little differently. Water weighing doesn't really have that issue, and will give you a + or - 1.5% body fat variance in your result.

:) Yeah you wear a bathing suit. I'm not too sure how much impact the fabric has on the accuracy, but it's minimal at best. The real key is just being comfortable and following the instructions the best you can. The better you do at those two things the more accurate your results will be. Talking about it makes me want to get it done now, though I'm not too sure I'd be as pleased with the results as I was at 21.

You're welcome. The key factor in the whole thing is your comfort level in the water and ability to blow all of the air out of your lungs. If you can do that you'll get a very accurate reading. I haven't done it in years, but we used to do it all the time in college. If you have access to one it's well worth it.

Eating clean is my toughest challenge. I'll have to look into the zone diet. Any cheat days?

22 hours is quite a long time. I've got a decent sized dragon on my back that is multi colored. It took about 12 hours, but my back was on fire by about the third color of each session.
