When I Started:

How I Started:
HS Football got me into it, then in College it became an obsession. I then became a personal Trainer for a few years after College, but found that it caused me to hate going to the gym for my own workout.
Why I Love It:
The way it makes me feel and how it's helped my body through injury
How I Stay Motivated:
Make sure I allow plenty of rest and it's an obsession, so it isn't hard
BB Accomplishments:
Not too sure, I think all of my accomplishments, in the gym, from the scrawny 155lbs HS graduate to the 230lbs post college weight lifter.
Attained first goal, now it's time to get down, and stay down, bellow 215

Goal (Long):
Reached 226, one pund off of my 225 goal, and now I relaize that I may need to lose 10 more pounds, so now my goal is 215lbs.
So far this year I've had some really good progress with my workouts, only to be dashed by multiple injuries. Just when I really get something going I re injure a knee, or thrash my wrist doing some activity outside of the gym. Luckily the activities have afforded me some leeway in keeping...
12 week program with 1 Week Rest away from the gym.
It's broken down into three parts
2 weeks light high reps 14-20(basically to failure)
8 weeks med with med to high reps 10-12
2 weeks heavy with low reps 4-6
Oh see and food isn't worth it to me..all the crap..no thanks..when I eat clean and healthy, I am happier, feel better, sleep better..it is totally weird, when I have a cheat meal I almost get depressed..I hate it! But I am just going to see if I can do it, and if I like it, maybe I will do one a year or so
Well so far I have been bulking and dieting really really good, but my contest prep/diet officially is Aug 1st, comp is Oct 18. It might not be your cup of tea..but to have the accomplishement and knowing you can get that lean..is something else.
hmmm it doesn't even look fun to me..I will just stick to what I am good at..maybe down the road..who knows. I want to master wakeboarding first..get good at tricks and shit
Ya the Tige is nice..but I tell you the maibu wakesetter is bad ass..but I guess if you are paying 80k for a boat it better be. We also have taken out Mastercraft X45 and that is bad ass too! One day..one day I will have my own.
I see...well I guess I will have to do that then because here I was thinking on the weekends having 2 days was enough...and plus I dont sleep very well anyways so that doesnt help matters either
well that maybe the case because of what I do at the gym and just here recently I started going out in the mornings before I eat and going for a 40 minute walk/jog and then at night when I get off from work I go straight to the gym and lift weights and do anywhere from 40-50 minutes of cardio then...
