Looks like you've been putting on mass, from the weight chart at least. Hitting the weights a lot, or doing natural body weight exercises?

eat clean, throw in negative reps every now and then, that will shock your deep down fibers and force growth while staying lean. I have a great overall workout for this...fitnesspoynters.com..

hey man--in a cutting phase trying to shred some bf% i have added cardio to my wrkout everyday in an effort to lean out. i'm only about 4 pounds from my target weight, makeing slow but steady progress. you bulking?
