i dont like to call it a diet, instead it's "lifestyle eating"...i know that eating is almost 90% of the results but its hard for me to comprehend....so i burn around 300 calories doing cardio and im to eat a piece of fruit right after. isnt that like putting those carlories right...

4 day split..im building a base right now..i use lighter weights for more reps and sets

back/biceps
back: 10-12 reps, 3 sets...i do less reps because i have a weak back.
biceps: 15 reps, 4 sets this allows me to focus on form..i have a hard time developing my biceps when i use...
