Working out here, wife and kids are back in Texas. We were all coming, but then my wife got a promotion. So now I am only here till I find something back in Houston, or until we just cant stand it anymore.

Yeah, it has been awhile. Training is great. Living in Vegas, its a very body concious city.

You still got it even in the brace. It will be a while before I get the Texas BBQ again, I moved to Las Vegas last week.

Bench is coming along. I wanted to get up to 500, but I don't have the patience to put the work in to get it. So I'm will just be hapy rocking 315 for reps. Im just addicted to the pump. How are things going with you? I you need any help with anything let me know, I have access to one of the best trainers in Houston. He has helped me really shape up.

Thanks for the comment, my favorite excercise is the incline barbell press. I like the way it hits the upper chest and shoulders.

I do every workout there is, but I think the key for me is the method. I always use strict form, and squezze at the end of the movement. Reps around 10 to 15 with plenty of drop sets. But I really think controlled movements are the key. As far as forearms go, I never work them, but I never use straps when working back and that builds my grip.

Cool. Everyone tells me I'm pretty thick. I have always kept with the basic lifts and every forth week I go heavy. But everything is always in strict form. What size are those guns?

Just finished hittin ams. Was suppose to hit em saturday but got caught up with a "honey do" list. Wife worked me all Saturday and Sunday.

No problem man. If you need any advice let me know, I have access to 2 of the best trainers I have ever known. And one is an MMA fighter so he has workouts for that too. He's an ex navy seal and is a powerlifting badass all in one. And the nicest guy you ever would want to meet.
