Fortunately, 315 lbs. is still light for me. I'll be 39 in January. Earlier this year, I maxxed-out with 430 lbs. on the flat bench. Whatever your goals are, remember to train everything equally to maintain good symmetry.

Congrats on the job find. Eh, too bad you gotta move but hey, vegas isn't that bad of a place to live.
Me. I've just been training like a strange animal over here. No, literally, sometimes I go workout 3 times a day, sometimes 0 because I want to sleep for 16 hours but can't because of other obligations. The diet is good though and life, well, it is what it is. Good luck with the new job.
Don't let moving get you out of shape.
