How I Started:
I have been working out since I was a kid. I have been working on and off since then. I use to lift competitively, but was diagnosed with heart problems and pretty much scared myself away from it. I got the OK from the cardiologist to get back on it, so here I am.
Why I Love It:
I love the soreness in the AM from a good workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am a routine guy, now that I got the routine down, I won't stop.

Lost over 20 lbs in the last couple of months.

Hey you... ok, so i'm trying desparately to lose 10 lbs to get to my lowest weight... but i'm also doing alot of lifting vs. cardio... so ya know... anyway... so i wanted to say hi and post my pic from like a month ago... so let me know how you're doing
