Kelly,
I'm a recruiter and could definitely help you find candidates for those positions you're looking to fill. Sql, SW, QA Engineers...
Have you ever consider using a staffing agency? I'd be glad to help.

Saw the CIO blog. Very cool. Also just stoppin by to say hi and see what some of your goals are. Suppose I could say mine are about the same. Not sure about the abs thing though. Mine are pretty much non existant. Ha-ha!
How are your goals coming along? I don't see any stats posted! :) Are you going to do the transformation contest? I've decided to bulk until March 1st and then work with Kris to get shredded by June(I figure I might as well do it once in my life - not going to compete or anything though).
cio, if your testers and developers are not using it checkout the Yslow adding for firefox.. interesting stuff. I've been using it testing the sourceforge new release coming out.. ran it a few of the bodyspace pages and had some good things to improve
cool to hear you are using TDD.. i've been testing the new 1.6 drops of WATIR.. It is good stuff. support for FF, and SaFari.. Product I'm testing have to do cross browser support and it makes it nice.. Selinium is cool but we are not using it as much now.. we built our own testing framework that ironically test a ton of PHP pages.. keep up the cio work man.. site is nice
It's on! When do you plan to pick up the Raider? Those bikes are sweet! If I was to upgrade, that is probably what I would get if I didn't go the Harley route... someday!
yeah i was looking at the html that the php is rendering. it would support use of some good open source testing tools. I like to use watir (ruby based) or selinium .. used by most of the iterative based shops out west.. on the east where i live most folks are stuck with QTP .. good luck to you
