the best thing that i did when I start on my path to lose weight is go to the gym with a plan and follow it. take photos to see how yo are doing. when you start to feel good about your self you will even post them on the net. Then you look back to see how much progress you made. Now if i don't go to the gym I feel like ****

My wife (bodyspace judimax) and I would love to see you make your fitness goals and dreams become reality. Judimax went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 and I lost over 50 lbs and went from 36 to 10% bodyfat in just 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program.
