Why I Love It:
Makes me feel awesome, empowered and full of energy! I always feel better after a great workout and eating clean.
How I Stay Motivated:
When we go grocery shopping and everything in the cart is clean and healthy! I like to be the one buying the most vegetables in the grocery line ;P
Also, Jennifer Nicole Lee is quite the motivation!
BB Accomplishments:
I lost so far (since the beginning) about 50 lbs - the original "fat pic" was lost, so I only have the halfway pic in the blue bikini at 165lbs.
Another accomplishment is getting into the routine of regular workouts!

This was one of my before pics I took a while ago. I was about 165lbs. I wanted to watch my body change so I had decided to start changing myself.
This is my first progress pic. I was taken in November for a photoshoot. I weight about 140lbs (although i carry it well) My new goals are to tone up and get lean muscle with nice definition. I would also like to maybe compete one day when I get to that level. I will keep up with my pics.
What is your favorite "healthy" dessert? Give the recipe if applicable.
Honestly I don't eat desserts, as a raw foodist I can't eat things that are cooked so I am just in love with a simple fruit salad with berries, peaches, grapes and oranges drizzled with lemon juice!

What are your secrets for making healthy food taste great?
Eating it as simple as can be. Fresh just the way Earth made it. I don't need a triple layer protein pasta, low fat lasagna or anything dramatic like that. Where do you find healthy recipes to try?
I just type "raw food recipes" into google and create to my desire.
