I was a five sport athlete growing up so I've always had a competitive nature and an athletic physique. Fitness modeling and competitions were the next step!
Why I Love It:
At first I was working out to maintain my physique but when I decided to compete its been all about finding the right combination of supplements, food and lifting that really brought out my passion for the sport. I love the challenge!
How I Stay Motivated:
Being on stage in a tiny bikini that cost you an arm and a leg while someone judges every inch of your body will stop anyone from putting that chocolate cake in their mouth! :o) But really, I am very competitive and I want to win competitions and eventually land an endorsement deal or a major sponsor. I want to make fitness my full time career.
BB Accomplishments:
I won my first competition on September 15th at the Zac Titus FAME Hollywood event.
Since then I have also competed in the Muscle Mania world championship November 15th in LA.

SHE'S HERE!! Taylor Ann Smith arrived on September 7th at 9:00pm weighing in at 7 pounds 5 oz, 19 inches long with adorable red hair!!
Goal (Long):
All my life I have wanted to make health and fitness my career. I am going to use fitness modeling and competing to gain the experience and exposure I need to make that happen. I want to be a top fitness competitor placing in the top 10 consistently, land multiple magazine covers, while starting my own personal training business. I eventually want to open my own gym and work with younger adults.
I was just reading your profile and saw that you are pregnant. How is your pregnancy coming along? I am three weeks out from having my son ;o) Have you had any luck with pregnancy modeling?
Valley Village to Hollywood and Highland, that could be a pain in the ass sometimes I'm sure. Anyways, you look amazing, couldn't be more beautiful. :)
I was pleased to see that your motivated to help others, particularly children who suffer from obesity. I'm 22, in college, and a beginner bodybuilder and I hope to follow in your footsteps whith helping others overcome the dangers of the obesity epidemic and lead healthier lives. God bless you and keep up the hard work!
Sincerely,
Brandon Colvin
