*(3sets of 3reps) 100 meter form running @ 80% max. rest 3 minutes between each set.
Strength Training:
*barbell bench press- 3sets 20reps
*One arm dumbbell rows- 3sets 20reps
*squats- 3sets 20 reps
Tuesday:
*jog for 10 minutes
*20-30 minutes of Fartlek running
Wednesday:
*jog for 10 minutes
*20-30 minutes of Fartlek running
Strength Training:
*incline barbell bench press- 3sets 20reps
*one arm dumbbell row- 3 sets 20reps
*lunges- 3 sets 20 reps
Thursday:
*jog 10 minutes
*plyometrics 20-30minutes
Friday:
SAME AS MONDAY
Saturday:
REST!
