hay:) i'm doing well. i've been doing so-so as far as my training goes. i'm ready to do some different kind of training (getting bored with the OLD) i'm happy to tell you that i've been following my diet, seems it gets easier to do with time:) hay your new progress pics are great! looks like your getting nice and lean. Keep up the good work

i will pray for ya;) i hear that a lot (that trainers work the crap out of ya!) that's probably why i havent been to one yet. that and i'm stubborn. yes today was a workout day for me as well. i hit the weights today. i will be so glad when it warms up here, i'm ready to do my outdoor sprint training.

thank you for the compliment:) *blushing* to be honest, i have seriously fell off! i recently went to Las Vegas with my fam, and i PIGGED OUT THE WHOLE TIME I WAS THERE! now that i'm back home, i am going to follow my healthy eating and training. looks like your training is going very well:)

lol! :) yes i have. the clean eating has become a breeze (until i see my hubby eating pizza and snickers and drinking pepsi!!!) you look great! love the new profile pic. how are things going with you?

thank you:) i like my legs too. they are the easiest ( and my favorite) parts to train. wish i could get that "cut" look. you are right i do need to stop making excuses. i am real bad about that! as far as your weight loss goes, i'm not sure why it is happening in that manner. are you experiencing any loss in muscle tone? you may just be losing overall body fat. i see definition in that chest and shoulders! nice!

hay you! :) i'm sorry it has taken this long to respond. i've been working 10 hour shifts @ this new job, i'm still trying to adjust. my training hasent been going very well at all. :( after work, i get home entertain the fam, eat and go to bed. (i hope to change this VERY SOON) I'm so happy you got a chance to go to a BB contest! I know you had a BLAST! I would have loved to been there! are you going to post the pics? also how have you been?

hay you! :) yes i am still here. just started a new job, and it has really been hard on my body! i'm working 10 hour days monday-friday. the work is okay i just don't know how i'm going to get my training in because the hours are SOOOOOOOOOOOOO long. anyways, how have you been? Nice profile pic by the way.
