How I Started: I've always been into ANYTHING dealing with athletics. In school i ran track (100m, long jump), played basketball (point guard), vollyball, and was a cheerleader. I got started through the influence of my grandfather. He was a U.S. Marine. I was always fasinated by his workout routines.
Why I Love It: I love working out because of the rush I get when I'm doing it! It makes me feel impowered! I think I'm addicted...LOL! (Hi my name is Makita...

How I Stay Motivated: I stay motivated by looking at my pictures before my pregnancy, and after my pregnancy.

Goals:
Main Goal: Lose Fat
Goal (Short): I want to lose 18 lbs.
Goal (Long): I want to be 140lbs, with 13% body fat. I've always been very athletic, I'm just having problems shaking the excess layer of fat (thanks to the birth(s) of my beautiful baby (babies)! I want to gain muscle in my legs, and tone my upper body as well.
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 18 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 13%

Monday:
*jog for 10 minutes (warm up)
*(3sets of 3reps) 100 meter form running @ 80% max. rest 3 minutes between each set.

Strength Training:
*barbell bench press- 3sets 20reps
*One arm dumbbell rows- 3sets 20reps
*squats- 3sets 20 reps


Tuesday:

yea girl you legs are great, they are ya best part lol, you better than me caus e i hate legs, but my legs workout is crazy you should try it. you will get cut soon, eating right is tha key, are you gonna compete? lol my scale got caught on tha carpet and i freaked out casue i read it wrong

Yeah I hear you. I have been doing 12 - 16 hrs a day the past two weeks. Had to move my workouts to 5am so I could still get them in. Luckily the owner trust me and gave me a key! Keep at it you won't regret it.

Hey girl whats up, I feel where, you coming from, when i first got my promtion i didn't have a staff so find tha strenght to traing was damn near impossible.stop being lazy stop making ecxusses and find a way to make it happen. i been ok yea tha show was awesome your aobut to get a add from my new myspace, still love your legs. tha show was awesome. i may i'm not in any of tha pics but who knows.

You're so genetically gifted that it's insane. You have a natural hourglass shape. You also have superior musculature in your lower body. Your quad/ham separation is already taking place. Amazing progress from 2007 Sista Cinnamon!

I do tons of pushups, i do a lot of flys too. I use like 5lbs.
