I've always been into ANYTHING dealing with athletics. In school i ran track (100m, long jump), played basketball (point guard), vollyball, and was a cheerleader. I got started through the influence of my grandfather. He was a U.S. Marine. I was always fasinated by his workout routines.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because of the rush I get when I'm doing it! It makes me feel impowered! I think I'm addicted...LOL! (Hi my name is Makita...

How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by looking at my pictures before my pregnancy, and after my pregnancy.

i'm really pleased with the definition in my legs. glutes need a bit of work though!
I want to be 140lbs, with 13% body fat. I've always been very athletic, I'm just having problems shaking the excess layer of fat (thanks to the birth(s) of my beautiful baby (babies)!
I want to gain muscle in my legs, and tone my upper body as well.

yea girl you legs are great, they are ya best part lol, you better than me caus e i hate legs, but my legs workout is crazy you should try it. you will get cut soon, eating right is tha key, are you gonna compete? lol my scale got caught on tha carpet and i freaked out casue i read it wrong
No. I just got lots of little people to feed and a wife that deserves the world. That means I gotta do what I gotta do. The gym is my gotta do for me so I get it in no matter what!
Yeah I hear you. I have been doing 12 - 16 hrs a day the past two weeks. Had to move my workouts to 5am so I could still get them in. Luckily the owner trust me and gave me a key! Keep at it you won't regret it.

OMG went to my first bodybulind contest it was awesome and everyone was so nice, got real nice pics, and great news.... made anohter change in my work out lol.
