REACHED 3 WEIGHT GOALS..BUT STILL NOT COMP READY. STARTED KETO SEPT 08. NEW GOAL IS TO LOSE ANOTHER 3 LBS (DOWN TO 140LBS) AND BUILD OUTRAGEOUSLY LARGE HAMSTRINGS AND GLUTES!
I want more balance/symmetry between my quads and hams (my quads overpower my hams). In the past I've achieved this by losing more bf and doing high reps for leg exercises. So I want to lose the last 5 lbs. Overall symmetry should be better too.
