How I Started:
First I did Atkins for a year or so, but then I eventually found that it made me lethargic, irritable, and suffer from hairloss. I then discovered Body for Life, which led me to the world of weight-lifting and eating a high-protein, moderate carb, and healthy fat diet.
Why I Love It:
Working out relieves all my daily stress and gives me a chance to channel my ambition and aggression inward.
How I Stay Motivated:
I love the idea of bettering myself, in ANY way I can, so I am always looking for more information on how I can improve myself.

Hey there! Well right now, its chicken breasts, lean turkey, tilapia, egg whites, asparagus (2xs a day), broccoli, brown rice, and oatmeal :) Starchy carbs earlier in the day. Its working! Oh, i have to drink about 1.5 gallons of water a day, but its more like 1 gallon...too many bathroom breaks!
