First I did Atkins for a year or so, but then I eventually found that it made me lethargic, irritable, and suffer from hairloss. I then discovered Body for Life, which led me to the world of weight-lifting and eating a high-protein, moderate carb, and healthy fat diet.
Why I Love It:
Working out relieves all my daily stress and gives me a chance to channel my ambition and aggression inward.
How I Stay Motivated:
I love the idea of bettering myself, in ANY way I can, so I am always looking for more information on how I can improve myself.

Hey there! Well right now, its chicken breasts, lean turkey, tilapia, egg whites, asparagus (2xs a day), broccoli, brown rice, and oatmeal :) Starchy carbs earlier in the day. Its working! Oh, i have to drink about 1.5 gallons of water a day, but its more like 1 gallon...too many bathroom breaks!

Hey girl! :) I really enjoyed Napalm. I believe I saw perhaps... 10-15% more results than had I not used this product. My diet was super super super clean, I had maybe 6 cheat meals in the 9 weeks that I have been using it. I made it to 95% of my planned workouts, and I stuck to my macros 100% of the time. That's a lot of numbers, huh? LOL!! I guess what I am trying to say is that yes, I liked it, yes it worked, but I definitely had to put a lot of elbow grease into it!
Hey girl! The way I figured out how many calories to consume each day was pretty much through trial and error. My boyfriend helped me out a lot, too. Right now I eat between 1200 and 1300 calories each day. It is really low, but Im so small that I dont need more than that and I am never hungry since I eat between 100 to 200 calories every 2-3 hours.
