This picture was taken after I reduced by about 50 pounds. I still have about 10 pounds to go. My goal is 18% bodyfat. In this picture I'm at about 23%

I've reached 2 of my goals now, the 2nd being ab definition. I wasn't sure I'd ever get any definition because of the loose skin from my weight loss. Current weight about 123 pounds and about 15%-16% body fat.
