I used to workout years ago. Then I got lazy and gained a lot of weight. In September 2006 I decided that it was time to start exercising again. In January 2007, I got serious about diet and exercise.
Why I Love It:
I love how it's changed my body. I also love the comments from family & friends about how much younger and better I look.
How I Stay Motivated:
I remember how limited my mother is and grandmother was due to their weight and lack of muscle tone. I also have 2 pictures of me at my heaviest. That's all the motivation I need to work out.
BB Accomplishments:
So far, losing over 50 pounds.

This was taken just before I started exercising and started eating healthy.
I've maintained my weight loss for 1 full year now.
For the next year my goals are:
I want to bench press to at least 70 pounds.
I want to do at least 10 unassisted pullups.
I want to deadlift my bodyweight.
congrats on that progress u look amazing that was a great transformation u have a great body and are really hot. keep it at keep working hard good luck with your goals it looks like u have all ready smashed them
