How I Started:
I was motivated by Tosca Reno. She made me realize that you can change your body at any age. The Eat Clean Diet made me realize that this is a way of life for the rest of my life.
Why I Love It:
I love the changes I see in my body just after two years and I know that it will only get better year after year! I have never felt healthier than I do right now.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing the changes I've made in my body so far and never wanting to see myself as "skinny-nontoned" again. Knowing this is the way of life and no excuses!!
BB Accomplishments:
My shoulders, delts, and back. These are my favorite areas to work. There is nothing more flattering than nice set of toned shoulders in a tank.

Goal (Long):
I want to obtain my desired bodyfat percentage. I have started lifting heavier and added another cardio session during the week. Seeing the changes so far in just two years, has made me push that much harder.
