I was out of shape and started working out. I saw huge changes in under 4 months and from them it escalated into today and wanting to compete in my first figure competition.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel strong, healthy and keeps me challenged.
How I Stay Motivated:
By setting goals on a regular basis.
BB Accomplishments:
2nd in Masters and 3rd in Medium Figure at the Sandra Wickham Classic 2006!
Forum Signature:
I'm an off season fluffy fluffball trying to put on some lean mass!

I don't use this thing too much but I thought I would update everyone on how I did in my first show last November (2006). I placed 2nd in Masters (I was only 1 point away from 1st place) and 3rd in Medium (and the girl that was 2nd was the same one that was 1st in Masters). I am very happy...
I used to work in Langley and work out at Fitness World so I certainly wish you all the best, especially at the Provincials. You have created a fine figure. Keep pushing yourself to be the best that you can be.
