Background
i was always very active but started squatting just out of interest...squats really improved the shape of my legs and overall muscle size...which was the start of bodybuilding and focussing more and more on building up muscle, size and strenght!
i love to improve myself all the time. i love to be strong and muscular. i love the athletic look and i love lifting weights!!!
