Tore my IT band...doctor had suggested 6 months off from any advanced exercises:(
How many days per week do you do cardio?
What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
Running is my favorite form of cardio exercise...I'm able to run and fall into my own rhythm. Plus, I think it makes your legs look great!
