Overall Goal: Realistically my main goal is to break through any plateaus I may have and just continue to lift heavy week in and week out on a daily, consistent basis and hopefully one day I can compete in a power lifting competetion. :DDD
Fit Status:
ciano has not entered a Fit Status.
Ask ciano for an update.
I got start by one day my dad buying an exercise machine and I just took off from there and every since, I'm addicted to working more than ever.
Why I Love It:
I love working because I see it as some form of art/expression because when you are working, you are working out for you so you can see the wellness within yourself and as you see how your body forms and changes week in and week out, thats art to me.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by already having my work planned in my head a day in advanced because that's how I get excited/hyped for the workout of tomorrow.

Goal (Long):
When I was 13 and attending my first year of high school, I didn't know what to expect. One day my dad went to the doctor and they told him that he needed to exercise more, so we went the next day to sporting goods stores look for a good exercise machine. My dad found one that was about $1,200 and we spent that night building it. I tried it out and after a couple of days I notice that working out had became fun and something of interest for me. After a while I start getting more in depth with my self and needed something that was going to give me an "EDGE" over everyone else my age working out. This is when I discovered supplements and I will never forget that "MuscleTech: PumpTech" was my very first supp I've every taken. PumpTech took my workout to another level. I was able to bench 185 my first time when I was 13 xDDDD. Man those where the days :). Me and my high school football buddies were always working out or just hanging out in the gym after school and even on football games, those of us that werent playing on friday nights, were in the gym lifting. Now I'm 18 and out of high school and futher my knowledge in the BB, powerlifting/weightlifting world and my body is bigger and requires more to an extent. I am ready for anyone to give me any helpful advice or any help at all. Thanks.
I work in a GNC franchise store and one guy came in and told me "The body part you end for that week, is the one you start next week" and I was like wtf xD seriously though, I know muscles need about 48-72 hours of recouperation, so I took his advice and I manage to get strength gains of...
